Vegan delights! We cook fabulous pakoras... once eaten NEVER forgotten. For a regular hit come visit us on Lewes Precinct one saturday.... near Riverside ... or watch this space for our next event....
Divine. We get as close to the source of our ingredients as we can... so we grind our own flour n spices, buy local vegetables and your pakoras are cooked fresh in front of you, we dont pre-cook anything... and we use biodegradable trays, napkins etc, and recycle/compost our waste.
