Popped in this morning to do work before a business meeting. Lovely coffee, nice food and pleasant atmosphere... friendly to dogs, too. What more could you want?

Dog friendly, great coffee, tempura crab eggs Benedict with haggis! Best brunch I've ever had in Newcastle, great service. If you haven't been you are fully kissing out!

Heaton Ingredient is a lovely place with very friendly staff. I don't usually write reviews but this place really deserved it. The coffee was really good, my partner is very fussy. All the food we watched coming out looked beautifully presented and ours tasted delicious. There was food and drink for the dogs and comfy beds for them too!

Great coffee and delicious food. The soup is made fresh but is a little too watery for me. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Plus dog friendly, woohoo!

Just amazing, what more can I say. My latte was incredible, officially my new favourite, it was blended to perfection and tasted great. The food was outstanding, cooked beautifully and they were perfect portion sizes, even my partner who is incredibly fussy with his scrambled eggs was very happy, the staff are very attentive, friendly and excellent at what they do. Another great place for food and drink in heaton which as a bonus is dog friendly. The place is light and spacious with lovely decor including the mural with a tip to its local style. Will definitely be back!!

We're also closing our doors from tomorrow (Monday 23rd December) HOWEVER until 10th Jan. The Quay Ingredient shared an awesome gingerbread recipe, BUT we suggest making little gingerbread pooches.

This was our first visit to Heaton Ingredient with our 8 month old cocker poo Lola.
My wife had the full English and I had the eggs benedict and 2 cappuccinos.
The meal was perfect the staff were very friendly and Lola loved the water and treats.
All in all we highly recommend...
