Maz the Gluten Buster

I am a "free-from" baker specialising in non-gluten/wheat treats, some even DF. My aim is to make my items taste as good as any normal homemade bakes.

Specialising in wholesome teatime treats, I take care to research my ingredients to make sure that they contain no wheat or gluten. I use oil and not butter in my muffin recipes and so can be a healthy option for anyone trying to lower their cholestrol. I am trying occasionally to use sugar substitute for those who prefer to reduced their sugar intake and can make items dairy-free by request 48 hrs in advance of any market date - check "Menu" for DF options. I have been lucky enough to experience the natural kiwi experience of making muffins and have been influenced by their adventurous flavour combinations. I am constantly trying out new recipes. If there is something you would like me to try, please let me know! All sweet muffins contain either banana, pineapple or beetroot for moisture along with egg, yoghurt and oil.
