Top Tip #1

If mixing your dough by hand, add yeast, sugar, salt and stir... mix olive oil in with tepid water - stir and fold into dry mix.

Mix wet & dry ingredients as much as you can and then just leave it to sit and chill 😎(NOT LITERALLY!) for 5 minutes!!
