Going through pics from Ian's birthday this Sunday & a pic of his birthday cake popped up. Not bad for the first bake in the new oven at work. Raspberry & White Chocolate, always a sure winner. Looking forward to being back open and baking many more, if he lets me hehe ❤️

Well he hasn't lost his touch, my birthday favourite Fresh Cream & Strawberries, baked as light as a feather Mr Johnson as always, hats off to you, it was gorgeous. I've missed your baking over lockdown, yes people that does mean he hasn't baked once since lockdown started, much to my disgust....
