The farmer’s is a new food service concept which is situated in main train station in Brighton. The idea is to offer people healthy, sustainable, ethical, GM and pesticide free, fresh and nutritious fast food with vegetarian options using seasonal, local produce in recyclable boxes. The farmer’s café is designed to offer a range of different types of salads, soups with quality ingredients .The menu will be changing every season. There will also be offered a variety of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable drinks, smoothies and other drinks. The creation of loyalty card programme gives customers to discover local farms and producers.
